2023- ESCAPE WALL for OPBACHER

For many years, the company Opbacher has been a valued returning customer, taking escape rooms and team-building experiences to the next level. Their employee teams have engaged in our escape rooms while a psychologist monitored their interactions, providing insights into each team member's qualities—identifying who takes the lead, who prefers collaboration, and who excels in independent thinking. This playful exploration has led to meaningful changes within the company.

In 2023, Opbacher commissioned a customised game designed specifically for their large group of employees, visitors, interns, and school classes. We designed within a seminar room at Opbacher headquarters an engaging ESCAPE WALL, featuring six stations tailored to reflect the company’s agenda. Each task was carefully crafted to highlight the essence of what Opbacher does. The ESCAPE WALL is blending in perfectly. While having a meeting or seminar, the doors of the wall are closed and the whole secret is invisible.

We incorporated materials that symbolise the company's specialty, such as pipes, chains, and valves, into the challenges. One task showcased the company's most outstanding projects, using photos of the Opbacher projects done, to demonstrate their global impact and scale.

The game is designed to last approximately 30 minutes and is easy to set up, allowing any trained employee to run it without the need for specialised staff. It effectively emphasises the company's strengths while providing excellent entertainment through learning.
